4-ply toilet paper in the UK?

Hello all,

Just returned to the UK from Switzerland and noticed that 4-ply toilet paper isn't available in the UK, at least not in the major supermarket chains. Why is this and where can I find some?

It does baffle me that if someone got poop on their arm they wouldn't dab it with a dry paper towel. Yet the ring apparently it's adequate
