Why is my Business LinkedIn page reposting old content?

I am the sole admin for the Linkedin page for our business. For reasons I cannot understand old posts keep reappearing without me doing anything!
I did link the page to our website's RSS feed a few weeks ago, so that blog posts from the site get posted onto LinkedIn, but these posts are old LI content, one appeared the other day from 2020?!?
Totally at a loss, does anyone have any ideas please?
