Hi all

Directed this way from the main buying forum, could anyone help with the factory extras fitted to this audi q5 vin WAUZZZFY5H2021387

As it is an se model it should not have virtual cockpit as it wasn't an available extra for se spec

Wondering if it was retrofitted which would seem rather unlikely

Has anyone ever come across a car which has an option that isn't available to the trim level from the factory

Adaptive air suspension, Comfort & sound pack, Folding memory mirrors, Tech pack, Electric front seats + driver memory.

Virtual cockpit was available on SE. Appears they removed the option later. Audi change stuff like this all the time.

There should be a sticker in the handbook and another on the boot flow with a load of 3 letter codes on it. This is the model configuration and you can look the code list up on line.

I think the specs changed in 2017 where all spec variations had to be type approved if they affect the overall emissions of the car.

Alot of manufacturers cut down and simplified their options list. So its possible this car was ordered just before then.

That was later on in 2018 for the WLTP regs - daughter got a SEAT Ateca in Sept 18 and it was loaded with kit as they just wanted to get one model through quickly.

The spec of the car the OP is looking at does seem pretty bonkers though - adaptive air can't have been common, I didn't know Audi did that on the A4.

Ah! From the OP's other thread I'd somehow got the impression it was an A4.
