Importing a classic car from SA

I have searched here and most threads are out of date/old

I am going to be importing a car from a guy in SA, he has done this a lot and I am sure he will help me understand. Its a car that used to be on the roads over here and is an 1982 model.

I think I pay 5% VAT and I pay for registration.

Any other knowledge, tips and advice?
