Seems like we have the stty camping stick otherwise known as Beauséjour. Is it at all possible to get to the inside of Arnage corner from there? I appreciate there is no official path of viewing but there are plenty of paths on the map...

Thanks

Actually, it's not really possible because everything gets locked down over the weekend, and the police patrol with dogs. However, it's not entirely impossible. If you search the forum for "Le Mans Black Ops," you can find stories of people who were brave enough to try.

very unlikely, I expect the boundary of the camp site is fenced off for starters and you would be trespassing all the way down to Arnarge. The days of sneaking through the trees are over for both Mulsanne and Arnage I think.

The days of wandering off are over, and it looks like everything is getting worse https://www.onlyendurance.com/

We have done it albeit 15 or more years ago. Back then it was helped if someone went through the fencing but you could go back out to the road past the BJR roundabout. Paths take you all the way there and was only one “checkpoint”. If you strode purposely and politely then no one stopped you but we were only usually 2 or 3 and not a big group. Path took you to a Marshall’s camping area on the outside of Indianapolis. That set up looks an awful lot bigger now so suspect they would stop you.

I would caution against going through the trees to arrange. Very wet even if dry spell. Full of insects and thick thick undergrowth. Not pleasant at all.
