Exercise Bike and a walking / running machine

Can anybody recommend a hobbyist budget exercise bike.

Just trying to work on my fitness after a car smash and ptsd.

Budget up to £300-£400 and a decent screen / software so I monitor and benchmark. Anything I’ve bought before the display is like a very cheap lcd display.

Basically any bike that fits you - either one you already have or lots on marketplace or eBay - and run Zwift on your laptop / iPad
