Le Mans Classic - Hospitality Options?

Erast Junior and I are coming up to the Classic Le Mans this year.

I say 'up', as we'll be on the way home after a weeks tour of Italy on motorbikes and it means we'll have limited kit with us.

Does anyone know of any options for hospitality? Really looking for a base for the event under cover (s'il pleut des chats et des chiens) with refreshments and somewhere to sit.

We have tickets, and will stay in a B&B nearby.

Any suggestions welcome!

Have you done the classic before? Personally…. Between a grandstand and the paddock pass I’d go with the general food/drink options. There are posher options to go with.

I found apart from certain categories of cars I absolutely had to see on track, I spent the vast majority of time walking around the club enclosures and the paddock.

Whilst I’d like to try a hospitality option at the 24hrs, I don’t know whether I’d have got much out of it at the classic. Even at the 24hrs I feel like you’d feel tied to being at the hospitality to get your money worth. Though to try it one year having been so many other times, a different routine wouldn’t hurt.

If you just want somewhere to sit and eat/drink undercover then joining the ACO would give you that in the clubhouse. Lockers are available for helmets or anything else you don't want to carry

I'd just a grandstand seat if you want somewhere to sit undercover.

There's more to see at the Classic than the 24hrs - loads of owners club displays, all the paddocks are open, plus the usual 'village' area.

ACO membership gives you access to the 'clubhouse'? Is that the stand on the outside of the circuit? I snuck in there at night a few years ago and watched several hours from the roof!

There's two areas normally but I've just remembered that the charge you to get in to them nowadays, always included in the past. la Chappell up past Dunlop bridge and the clubhouse opposite the pits.
Was thinking it was a cheap option but please check what's included.
