Replacement door strike plate or repair?
Discussion
Noticed that the front porch door doesn't lock when sliding the handle upwards anymore and it looks like the nib in the lock mechanism that gets pushed into the door when it's closed has worn its way through the strike plate (17cm mark).

Does anyone know where I could get a replacement? Have spent an hour going through a dozen sites looking online but can't find a like for like replacement.
Assume it's made of brass so was wondering that failing finding a replacement could it be repaired by brazing with a suitable filler rod and some map gas?
Cheers.

I have used these guys in the past, ended up speaking to them and their advise was great and the delivery was fast.

I took the strike plate off to see if there was any details on the back, it will only fit in one way due to the channels in the frame.
Would have made sense for it to be made so it could be reversed but it's lasted for 20+ years so likely wasn't a consideration.

Reached out to them, they said it was likely an old Fullex but sadly they don't have any suitable plates in stock.https://upvcspares4repairs.co.uk/upvc-window-door-...
