Non starter, please help

Hi, on Tuesday evening while out for a drive my car cut out and wouldn’t re start, turning over but no attempt to fire up, had to get recovered home, the fuel pump isn’t priming, I’ve checked the connections and there is no power going to it, I checked both fuel pump relays, one of which was dead, however when I opened it up and manually pressed it the fuel pump primed, but still won’t start, I have ordered a new relay but was wondering if it may be an immobiliser problem, it’s a 94 car and I’m not sure of the make of the immobiliser but I think it’s original, any advice or if someone could pm me how to bypass the immobiliser I’d be very grateful, thanks, phil.
