Bike Rack / Carrier - Electric Bikes

Mrs BC and I recently changed to electric bikes, Cube Kathmandu’s as we’re very old people!
Our old tow bar mounted bike rack is a bit small for these chunky bikes and the arm is difficult to attach to the larger frames. Someone recommended a Thule Epos which looks good if an expensive option. Any thoughts or recommendations ?
