I'm in the market for a G82 m4 and have seen one for around £50k, in brooklyn grey it looks epic. However it does have a few mods including ram air intake system and a scorpion exhaust, i havent been told that it's remapped or anything and it does come with full bmw service history and only 13k miles. The dealership is also offering warranty with it, Is it worth buying?

Exhaust and intake is not too much of a worry but you would need to be sure the warranty is going to be ok. Not sure if they can check if its been remapped but its something you certainly need to know to save on any issues down the line.
Dealers may use it against you in the future even though they say its ok now.

What warranty? Only warranty worth having is BMW's warranty. As soon as it's plugged in at BMW, if it has been remapped, it'll throw a flag and void it.

I'd be very surprised if an obviously modified M4 hasn't been remapped.

Yes if the mods are things you want/would've done anyway then why not buy it?

Remapping on the G series BMWs is not a straight forward process currently, it is explained well by Litchfield motors here

It may well not be remapped because of the work required to do it but it’s not unheard of.
My personal opinion is that I’d just buy a standard one instead.
