palm top sync'ing
Discussion
I dont' just mean the time, but the time zone setting - both on the PC and the Palm you tell it weather you're on GMT, BST, Europe, Austraila or whatever and adjustments are made to calendar items based on these settings. So if your PC is on GMT but the palm isnt set for daylight savings or something it'l shift everything by an hour as its transferred.
Outlook has got it's own time zone settings too, possibly in tools, options, calendar. For the general PC settings double click on the clock and go to 'time zone'. It's been a while since I used a palm / Hotsync so I can't remember exactly where the settings in there, but I'd check both on the palm and in the hotsync settings too.
