F31 Tailgate wiring - did they fix it after the E91?

Hi All,
Considering an F31 340i. Currently still have an old E91 330d and over the years it has had a few broken tailgate wires that have caused various problems.

Was wondering if the F31 suffers in the same way. Would be looking at an LCi car circa 2017/2018 and probably around 90k miles, so entering middle age.

Never seen any issues related to the F31 and tailgate wiring so I wouldn't be worried about that

If it had the powered tailgate, ensure that it opens and closes as it should as the mech is known for failing and not closing the tailgate properly

It happened to my Bro in law's 2014 F31.
