W11, no Bluetooth?
Discussion
Last week I put a new network card in the computer, an Archer TX55E which is both Wifi and Bluetooth. All fitted fine, installed drivers for both Wifi and Bluetooth without any error messages or issues. Wifi is working just fine, however the PC simply doesn't seem to have Bluetooth. In the bottom RHS it doesn't exist

In Device Manager, there is no Bluetooth option. (The Wifi adapter does show, it is the Intel AX200 and so I am confident it is installed correctly).

However, if I show Drivers by Type, there are 5 or 6 OEM Bluetooth Drivers installed. I know this, because I re-installed them from Device Properties a short while ago. Have rebooted the PC, and no change.
I tried manually adding the drivers via Device Manager, selecting from the folder they were in, and it said "installed on 0 devices"

And then using Intel Driver and Support Assist, it makes no mention of the Bluetooth drivers, but says the network adapter is working fine.
The computer didn't have Bluetooth when it was new, and I had expected the network card to enable it. Could Bluetooth be turned off in the BIOS or something? There is always the thought the card could be faulty, but I suspect it is more likely to be a user problem than a hardware issue.

Interesting, thank you. I'll have a look inside the case. QJumper said:
Perfect, thank you. Swapped the USB connection over and now is working just fine. Odd it didn't work on the first connection mind, they should both be identical and live.
