Brake pads

Any idea what's the difference between kevlar organic and sintered brake pads are?

I need some new rear pads for the blade.

I think Sintered ones have 'bits' of metal in them, whereas Kevlar presumably have bits of Kevlar in them but I don't know which are best, I'm using Sintered on The 916 which seem very strong, a bit noisier than the original and they supposedly wear your discs out quicker but I can't say I've noticed it.
