I need a pair of front tyres for my Griffith I did have Toyo 215 / 55 R15 91V, what is the best replacement for them in the UK, who is the supplier of them?

In the last few months those original tyre sizes seem to have disappeared almost completely: https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/tyres/215-55-15.h... but £500 a corner and likely very limited life.
