Vanquish S heated seats problem

The heated / cooled seats on my 2018 Vanquish S Volante sometimes switch themsevles on. Anyone have an idea what might cause this?

I though mine did that until I realised it happens when a finger/hand gets too close to one of the haptics. Could be the same thing? touching the button without realising it?

I too have inadvertently switched on the heated seats by mistake whilst clumsily selecting items on the central control and not wanting to take my eyes off the road ahead...also a Vanquish S Volante....
