There’s been no new content on their website for about three weeks - not normal, they normally have something every day or so. Any news seen by anyone?

They’ve been hunted to extinction.

I've noticed the frequency of updates has really dropped off, always exceptional photography, interesting and varied articles. Hope it doesn't go the same way as the "between the white lines" Tumblr site has.

That's a blast from the past I'd completely forgotten about! I used to read it religiously, I seem to remember we all had SH sun strips on our cars as well, what a shame

That's a real shame, a colleague introduced me to it perhaps 2013 and I was hooked. I recall a Datsun Z named "ole orange bang" the owner of which I think moved to Japan and all kinds of other automotive articles with exceptional photography.

Used to be a great site, and still has occasional snippets, but the drifting love in lost me years ago, I mainly visited there for the UK and Japanese stuff, Dino was always a favourite of mine, and they found some great tuners and museums to snap

I used to read quite a lot back in the day, always appreciated Larry Chen and Dino's stuff.

Always found the EA backing a weird one, I suppose its outlived its usefulness as an advertisement for the games when they arent really making the games to suit it anymore.

Will be a real shame if this is the end.

I always check in on the site every week on a monday morning at the work computer.

Some superb automotive photography and articles to be found there over the years from the likes of Larry Chen, Mark Riccioni, Dino Dalle Carbonare, Paddy McGrath and Jordan Butters.

Turnpike has become the spiritual successor to Speedhunters with guys like Larry Chen also involved.

Dino talks about SpeedHunters.

I never knew it was originally founded in collaboration with EA games!
