Blinking oil warning light

Today, after properly warm up the engine, the oil warning oil light blinking at me a couple of time when I reached around 7000rpm for a fraction of time.
Do you think I have to afraid or it's something of electric?
Strange that's happen at high rpm when the pressure should be higher (I think that the sender has a fixed setting).
What should be the pressure on the gauge for a speed six engine at that rpm?

I'm no expert on the Speed 6 (or anything really! 
) but if it was the AJP I'd be checking and replacing (i.e. getting someone else to do it! 
) the pressure release spring. I don't know if the Speed 6 has one but others will! There's lots on here about it so worth a google.
Fingers crossed it's a simple fix!

I'm thinking it could be a sender problem.
I readed it works in a strange way: read pressure and rpm together.
It's quite strange that the oil warning switch flick only in a situation and not everytime...
Do you know which oil pressure relief spring you used?
TVR E2576 is the 28mmx11mm - for AJP8 and early Sp6
TVR E6651is the 38mmx14mm - for later Sp6
What about the oil pressure sending unit, how old is that? Since the light is blinking, could it be the ground wire to it is loose?

I had a similar experience on a Sp6 after a rebuild . Infact about three or four weeks after a rebuild as I was initially trying to run it in a bit .
I hunted about a lot and found a weap at the oil filter. I had somehow managed to damage the seal on fitting. Replaced and all good after that .

The spring was the little one. TVR E2576 is the 28mmx11mm - for AJP8 and early Sp6

I have no idea about the age of the sender.
I'll try to check oil leaks or loose wires.
As I told I'm not too much worried cause it's strange that everything works quite fine and it seems to me a too casual problem....
Your suggests are a good starting point to investigate
I'm looking for the oil pressure switch for the speed six but I can't find nothing.
Is it possible that the warning light works with the ecu which takes the signal from the oil pressure sender?
The V8 has a specific sensor for the oil pressure warning light but I can't find the equivalent for the speed six

Had the same thing after a rebuild on the Tamora, low oil pressure sensor was faulty and replaced which cured the problem, keep a close eye on the oil pressure gauge I hunted about a lot and found a weap at the oil filter. I had somehow managed to damage the seal on fitting. Replaced and all good after that .

That’s how it works on other Speed Six engined cars, does your Cerbera have an oil pressure gauge? Had a similar issue with my first Tuscan and the pressure sender required replacing,all ok afterwards.

I think this is most likely cause of low pressure indication - if engine sounds good.

Could you help me to find it or, maybe, on the Speed six there is only the sender which communicates with the ECU as I asked before?

On my car, the sensor goes into the engine block on the same side as and near the alternator. There is a braided connection to the 'switch' (with the electrical connectors). On the Tuscan the switch/transducer is screwed to the glass fibre of the body tub above the top chassis tube just below alternator (near drive belt).
