I have it advertised in 'parts & plates' but not sure if any EV Porsche owners read that part of the forum

Wow! £1000 for a granny charger?
A good brand new one is £150-200 max these days.

It's not a Halfords special smile

Porsche non EV car chargers are circa £175

The porsche charger can take higher currents too (than 13amp).
- Mine came with a commando plug etc...

If it’s a 16A socket, you’ll charge at about 3.8 kW.

If it’s a 32A socket, you’ll charge at about 7.7 kW.

But double check...

Aye, and they are just rebranded CTEKs with a 100% Porsche tax on.
£1000 for a granny charger is crazy money in my opinion, but perhaps I am tight. And if you have to ask... wink

That's the new price through Porsche.

As a piece of kit, they're much more akin to the Juice EV charger - very solid feeling in terms of build and interchangeable leads to take it anywhere from a 3-pin granny charger, up to 22kW 3-phase charging. The Juice is the best part of £800. (FWIW, I'd probably buy the Juice had my car not come with the Porsche version that is supplied with the car smile).

I think most "recognised" 7kW (and up) home chargers are all around the same price point.

If I were you, I'd take a couple of clearer photos with the cables it comes with laid out. It'll have a commando socket on one end. Might even have a couple of cables with it (mine has a 3-pin one and a commando one).

I'd also note how much you want for it. Or if you want it to find its level, stick it on eBay. Nobody's really bothered about list price, and it may even be detrimental....as this thread has shown smile
