Ford Fiesta Zetec S Jolting

I have a Ford Fiesta Zetec S 1.6L 2011. Recently the car has started randomly jolting when accelerating. Some days worse than others. All garages near me are very busy. One garage told me it could be the spark plugs, spark plug cables or coil pack. All them have been changed but the issue is still persistent. Fuel is smelling rich. Had an error code for cylinder 1 misfire but code has gone since coil pack change.

Does anyone know what it may be and how to fix?

It could be any one of about 27,000 different things (slight exaggeration) and I am guessing you aren't a DIY mechanic, so you just need to get it booked in, any competent garage can sort you out.
