s3 temperature control cable

Help please, I'm sitting in Germany with no tvr dealers/experts to help. Do I really have to take out the dash to replace the bowden cable that controls the water supply to the heater on my s3 recently bought and unfortunately with lots of problems which I didn't see/hear? Oh and what are the equivalent tyre pressures for the s3 in bar.

On the standard tyre sizes I guess you would be looking at around 24/26 psi, which corresponds to about 1.7/1.85 bar (front/rear). Best pressure will vary according to tyre make and condition, and the type of driving. But it will be in that sort of region.
