I know this has been covered generally before, but I wanted to ask it with specific reference to the V8 DB11. As a newcomer to AM ownership (having had a more uncouth ownership history biggrin ) I am really looking just to add a bit more noise to the car. Is it a popular mod that has been undertaken by many and what are peoples experiences?
I am aware of the fact it does not alter recorded emission levels and that it’s important to ensure insurers are aware of the mod so as not to prejudice insurance but was interested to know just how many DB11s have had the modification and what owners thoughts on it were. Many thanks.

Works made this modification to my DB11 V8. I wouldn’t say it makes a dramatic difference to the car, but there is some extra noise inside and outside of the cabin. No problems with my last MOT.

Yes, again not a huge difference, but if unsatisfied with stock, you will like it. Easy DIY if you have access. 25% off at Black Friday time at Velocity.

Has anyone removed GPF from later model cars? I understand this is possible but dealers won't do it.

Doesn't this make them unfit for the road and will fail a MOT ?
