Hazard lights permanently on!!!

Hi.
I have a 1998 Arnage that has been in storage for a year now and I’ve had the batteries charged and checked and the car starts and drives. The problem is I can’t get the hazards to turn off. Any ideas please?

Might just be a relay that's sticking/duff?
