So i have a new build with a Symphony kitchen and utility.

The utility has a space for both a washing machine and tumble drier.

I have a washer drier, and don’t envisage ever having a stand alone drier, so would like to fit a cupboard there rather than a cardboard box!

I have had a quote from Symphony of £250 all in for a matching 600mm unit along with plinth etc.
which seems ok price.

However the gap between the divider and door architrave is 615mm, and 625mm to the plasterboard wall.

How would be best to cover this small gap?

Should i just move the divider, and have a bigger gap within the washing machine space? But this is already 630mm.

I will have a good bit of left over plinth, as this comes in a 2600mm length, could i make an end spacer out of this?

Or any better ideas?

Cheers.

What you want is a "filler panel".

However, this is just a piece of wood like material (MDF / Chipboard) with the same finish as the doors. If the plinth matches this description and the dimensions are sufficient (which they are), then use this. Otherwise buy a filler panel from the same supplier.
