What is this symbol?

This image is from the online manual but there's no reference to what the symbol is for.

Reason I ask is that it came on today and I never noticed it before. It looks brake-related.

I don’t know what it’s called specifically, but it’s a reminder to put your foot on the brake in order to select D or R, when in Park.
