As its not long now until the pilgrimage, I just wondered who else had some favourite / traditional Le Mans tunes in their playlists..?

Mine is fairly well worn: A few from the 5 hour playlist: She sells sanctuary - bohemian like you - Diesel power - seven nation army-- highway to hell - black betty - sweet home alabama - long road to ruin - personal jesus.. one day like this..

If you've any top picks / suggestions - I'd be grateful to update my playlist..

For those with a fruit based device , there is a great ready made playlist called (rather blandly) “Driving Rock Anthems” on the iTunes/music app.
Got me though a 5 1/2 hour drive in Western Australia with songs to spare

Our last visit in 2023 was the 100 year anniversary at Le Mans.
So one of our playlists was every number one from the date of Le Mans that year. We started from 1970 though.
In all honesty most were shockers, Robson and Jerome and Hanson being a couple. There were a few decent tunes on there too, but I don’t think my lad who was 12 at the time appreciated most of them.
Cd’s and cassette player in our car so we have a choice, and the Bluetooth cassette allows us to listen to the phone playlists too.
This year will be Sam Fender mainly I think. We both like him.
