You're walking through a small town centre, it's 345am.
Early-ISH May.
You see a plain white small van parked in a public car park, 40-50 year old male sat in the driver's seat.
Engine is running. No lights on the van.
Male is looking down, looks like they could be asleep/passed out/drunk but has a headtorch on which is lit up. No interior light on.
As you walk past, you don't see their head or body move.
They could be reading a piece of paper having just completed some work, also as above, could be out of it.
It takes you 10 seconds to walk past until you decide not to look behind you anymore.

You're sitting in your van, waiting for your wife to finish her late shift at work, it's 345am.
Early-ISH May.
You see man wandering around the carpark.
You try to avoid making eye-contact because you don't want him to kick off about being spied on or something.
As he walks past, he peers through your window, making you feel uncomfortable.
He lingers there for about 10 seconds until you decide you can look up again.
