Espada! I want one!

Guys,

Anyone have any experiences with Espadas. I've always fancied one and can feel the urge!

(In fairness I also want an LM002 but everyone seems intent on talking me out of that one!)

So who's aware of any NICE ones for sale - and what I should look out for?

I'm aiming to get one of the later series III car's in RHD form.

I noticed that H&H have got one in their next auction which looks as though it may fit the bill. I think the white although not possibly your first choice but looks ok on the Espada and somehow in keeping with its 70’s heritage.

I quite agree they are fantastic and hugely underrated and if you’ve got a few bob kicking around and do wander into H&H on the day that GT5S they have listed is meant to be a good car although not worth the sort of money they are guiding it at. Probably a sub £40k motor I think.

I think Bonham’s sold an Espada this time last year and by all accounts was a good clean car although in a rather dull metallic green / grey type hue and net of commissions etc went for under £10k. Rude not too really!

Hope you end up with one and were it not for the rather expansive project that is the Deauville I would love to be joining in on an Espada quest as they really are fantastic in every way imaginable. Happy hunting!
