Nailgun and guage size for Feather edge fence and skirting

Will a 15 guage brad nailer be suitable for both?

I'll be using Bond It Mega Stik PU Adhesive and probably a few nails for the skirting.

For the feather edge fence, I gather 16 guage brads would be considered the absolute minimum for attaching the boards to an arris rail, would that be sufficient?

I can go larger, found a 10 guage that is within budget. But not sure if that'll split the boards.

15 gauge will be fine for both. You will have a slightly larger nail hole to fill in the skirting which won’t matter if your using mdf.
