Monaro AC Compressor

Has anybody any advice on where I could get one?

Rock Auto is just showing out of stock and Ive no idea where else to try.

The body seals have apparently gone on mine and the aircon guy has no faith in anyone he knows to rebuild the compressor.

Air con compressors have been in short supply for a year or so, why who knows?
Hopefully mine is getting fixed this week if all goes well.
The thing is my compressor was brand new and the bearing failed within a few thousand miles, to make matters worse it was out of warranty…bloody typical.
If you contact Stuart at AAS in Newcastle he might be able to help as he is trying to fix mine as we speak.
Walkingshaw Performance might have one but sadly it will be top $$$.

First of all big thank you to vxr2010 for suggesting Motor Climate UK in Warwick. They collected my compressor for reconditioning but it was totally knackered. Fortunately they had a new one on the shelf! All fitted and regassed and working fine. Thanks again

I’m having trouble getting a seal for my compressor so I’m not sure if I will be able to get it fixed or have to buy a new compressor. What sort price were you quoted.

The price for the new compressor was £360.00 Inc vat and collection/delivery
I'd been keeping an eye on rock auto for ages but none available
Must of been right place, right time with the Warwick lot. They were nice, helpful people to deal with too.
