best super close shaver

Hello friends

need a new shaver / razor and looking for ideas

something that gets as close as possible without being a wet shave razor as it causes pizza face.

not sure on budget hopefully can choose on recommendations

Had my haircut at my usual Kurdish barbers yesterday, and in chatting I mentioned how good some of his detail clippers and shavers were. He normally cut throat shaves my neck and sides, but used a Babyliss Pro Dual Foil shaver. I had a look and they're c. £65-£80. Definitely going to get one.
