Westminster hotel bars

Have some time to kill between meetings, always seem to spend £10+ in StarCostaNero these days and pubs are crowded so may as well splash out and use hotel bars for some peace and and comfort.

Options include:

Corinthia in Northumberland avenue (Kerridge bar) good reputation but apparently gets busy.
Raffles Old War Office building in Whitehall, very plush but expensive, opportunity for 'we can't fight here' jokes.
Old Scotland Yard round the corner from Whitehall, bit cheaper than Raffles, possibly historically interesting.

All the kind of high end places PHers would be familiar with. Any experience? Opinions?
