I always stir my coffee 'both ways' but that's to help dissolve the sugar

Shouldn't even need dunking, the perfect cup of tea can be achieved by letting it diffuse on its own over a period of 3-4 minutes before removing. The only stirring that takes place is after the addition of milk, if one is so inclined.

I used to be a circle stirrer but now I’m a swisher across the centre of the cup as it swishes the tea out of the bag more effectively
