We need a good Scrabble player.

If your enquiry is about a jack, I bought a 'low-entry' Sealey trolley jack.
A beautifully engineered piece of equipment, but when using in conjunction with protective jacking pads, my car is even lower than 'low entry'.
Need to first drive up onto a 1 inch thickness of timber.

I use a Quickjack 500SLX for my 2016 Vanquish. I've also used it for my previous DB9, a friend's 2012 Virage, as well as a 2009 Vantage and Tesla Model 3 & Y. The newer TLX gives you a bit more height. Watch for a sale at Costco.

Maybe Face lift? Anyone with views on the “new “new” Vantage perhaps? Watching this thread out of curiosity now….

The best lift is probably subjective and will depend on budget, available space and your ambitions.

I love the idea of the Bendpak MaxJax, moveable two post car lift.
You fit anchor points into the floor (they fit flush), then you can move the posts to various anchor points, so if you have a double garage could have anchor points for each bay and even points outside if you wanted. The you simply move the posts into the place and bolt them into the anchor points, the lift works of a single mobile compressor too so can save some space by not needing clearance on one post which usually has the compressor unit mounted to it.

More expensive than basic scissor or wheel jack lifts, but much better for being able to actually work on a car.

thanks Apollya, i wander what rubber you want from quickjack for a rapide, i really don't want use two on top of each other, i want cheap ones no need of expensive stuff for pads.
and is it ok to remove the front plate while using quickjack or what i should do to place the rubber etc so i can easily remove the plate?
how long it took you to set up the quickjack?

I’ve not bought one of these lifts yet, sadly my garage currently probably too small for it.

As for jack pads, two places I can recommend you go depending on which car you have.

Amupgrades@gmail.com can do them for v8 vantage or db9, but they are more pricey (£115.74-£129.96 with current 10% discount for 10th anniversary) than the next one I will link. The guys name is Ian and he’s super helpful and friendly.

Next one is https://www.astonmartinjackpads.co.uk/products has a range for most models of Aston, currently £69.00-79.00 for set of 4 depending on your model. Steve Cavanagh is the guy there again super helpful I wasn’t sure which I needed (my car has the sports kit package on it which made it harder to tell) so sent him photo of the jack points under car and he confirmed the right ones for my car.

I’ve used amupgrades for headlight venting kit and astonmartinjackpads to buy a set of jack pads, both great, supplied correct items and within 3days delivery after ordering.
