Thumb Up / Thumb Down ?

Not motor but forum related....
Just noticed the two thumbs by the side of the bookmark icon.
How long have they been there? Please don't tell me ages and I've missed them in my senility :D
I clicked on both the Thumb up and Down and it says 'Thank you Score Noted'
What for.......?
Could it be the case that if enough people click on Thumb Down the thread is closed?

If you hover your mouse over them whilst in the thread, it comes up 'Good thread' and 'Bad thread'.
In other words you can vote for the quality of the thread. Persoally I'm not sure how useful it is. You can generally tell the interesting/'good' threads from the number of replies. Or am I just a luddite?

Not in Safari it doesn't. Ted ought to use title instead of alt.Gassing Station | General TVR Stuff & Gossip | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
