Hi all

I was recommended this company RX Integrity Automotive Corporation via someone on one the Pistonheads forums. I have placed an order via a bank transfer! for a £100 part including shipping from USA to UK. They are now wanting another £100 for a 'customs stamp'! This company has loads of Facebook posts but I cannot find them in the USA - supposedly in California.
I feel I am been scammed! Has anyone had dealings with them?

Facebook profile shows photos for a random collection of parts for random vehicles taken in a wide random selection of places, some in houses, some in workshops, some just on grass. Feels very typical facebook scam fodder.

As above, if it quacks like a duck...........

Yep, scam.

There will be no extra customs charges as the order is below the £120 threshold for import duties etc.

I suppose the person recommending them was the scammer.

Its looking like the person who recommended this company was also a scammer. I obviously took my eye off the ball - I feel such a fool. This person responded to my post regarding a Monaro fuel pump, I guessed he was one of us as it seems a bit random to pick up on such a post about such a rare car.

Can you contact your bank to get the money back?

It seems very suspicious so I would be wanting the cash back.
