It`s time to move on, and i`ve reluctantly but my car on the market after nearly 3years of exhilerating motoring, it`s a shame about the Tuscaneers weekend,(we are moving house)it`s not just a car it`s my PH name also(original eh) So to all the people who have said "let me know if you want to sell" time to put your money where yer mouth is i`m looking for a quick sale so i`m practicaly giving it away , so i`ll be TVR less for a while when it goes, and i can`t see our Fiesta keeping up on the meets up the A31, well i suppose it would depend on who was leading I can feel a last run coming on over the next couple of weeks I will continue to defend the Speed 6 on here, a superb engine IMHO and well worth putting up with any "issues"

Tony - sorry to read that you're planning to be Tuscan-less. Remember meeting up with you at "pubman"'s place just after you picked her up. Best of luck with the house move..

Blimey TVRless , when you got the Tuscan you had two . I see Simon's also got his Tuscan up for sale too.
There used to be days when on a Hants run out you couldn't move for Tuscans seems like they're all going now .
I predict you'll be back in a blackpool soft top by next summer .

Any sniffs yet Tony
Perhaps we should go for blat this weekend, rain dependant, before it goes and the withdrawl symptoms set in .

I'm sorely tempted....

I've been looking at Tamoras but am struggling on my budget (around £19K - basically what I can get for my 53 S2000). I've always loved the Tuscan but hadn't really thought about them as a replacement - until I remember that the roof panels come out, so it's sort of a convertible!

Unfortunately, not a sniff of interest in my own sale, and I'd rather not bend over and grab my ankles by selling it to a dealer. Ho hum!

Really nice car. Good luck with the sale

Met a couple on Sunday the day after it went on sale at the West Meon Hut spent a bit of time with them seemed quite keen but not heard any thing backThe car is in Autotrader for the next couple of weeks as well as on here, decided to leave the plate on it as it might help the sale, i just hope it don`t stay local to be honest as it will kill me to see it driving around Pretty much tied up tomorrow, but i might be going up to Alton on Sunday to sell my old Chim manifolds, if the weather is fine i might blast up in the Tuscan if you fancy it? I will phone you to confirm?

Thanks Mark, The car is from your neck of the woods originally supplied by Chris Neil. It`s hard selling any specialist car at the moment so it`s just a matter of waiting You wouldn`t regret buying a Tuscan IMHO just ask anyone who has owned one, the Tamora grows on you, but i doubt you would get the attention you do in a Tus, Chris Watton will argue other wise
Good luck with your search, and if i can give you any Tuscan advice just........

You won't get any argument from me on that score! The Tuscan is simply stunning to look at!

Almost as stunning as the Tam is to drive!!

I'd happily settle for a either Tamora or a Tuscan - both very striking and quite a bit more ooomph than I have under my right foot at the moment!

I suspect you're right about having to wait it out, Tony. Just that time of year, I suppose. I shall keep an eye on this thread, just in case it's still for sale if/when I do find someone to buy the S
