Google says that the Bismarck was 823ft, so that would be a 1:200 scale I guess.

There are various kits, but the Trumpeter one seems to crop up a lot. Along with the upgrade kits. (Yeah, just ignore the price...)

The Amati kit looks nice too, but then it should do for £500.
I'm seeing quite a few search hits for the Revell 2-model kit, claiming to be 1:200 and 1:700. They aren't, they are 1:700 and 1:1200 !
