Has anyone been able to get a Dealer to add an option code to their vehicle?

It depends what you want, what your car is and how helpful your dealer wants to be.

If is anything that can be related to safety or a control system typically its a hard no from a main dealer. Aftermarkets and specialists can sometimes provide solutions for some requests where main dealers cannot support.
