Smart Lock for a standard lock?

Just moved offices into a barn on a farm, it's never been used as a proper office before so we're in the process of partitioning etc and it's coming along nicely. The only security other than some CCTV is a couple of st doors with st locks, like above. Given the age of the building and the number of people who have had it on short term lets up to now, I have no idea how many people have keys so I need to change the locks.

An ideal solution would be a smart lock with perhaps a keypad/fob or access via a phone app which can be assigned - it'll save me having to get lots of keys cut and remember who has them. I just don't know where to start and which ones will work with this standard type of lock.

Budget not a problem, but it won't be able to have a power supply to it so it'll need to be battery powered or rechargeable.

Any advice or help appreciated.

I think the conventional solution is a mechanical key-pad which replaces the handle on that sort of lock. We have a few at work where there's no power supply for the RFID locks.

This sort of thing:

I dare say you can get something similar but electronic if you want to, but a battery powered lock sounds like a problem waiting to happen to me!

ETA: I guess you're using that sort of thing and you're worried about someone trying to force the lock, you would want to fit a beefed up latch since that becomes the main security mechanism rather than the mortice.
