SPEED LIMITS MAY RISE?

In what seems to have been a rare moment of commonsense, the government have finally relaised that many motorists are ignoring stupidly low speed limits. Ladyman has ordered a review of local road speed limits, so who knows, perhaps the endless 50 mph limits on perfectly good roads, as well as the plethora of Oxonian 'turkey thirty' limits might finally be getting the boot?
