Brembos and Griffs.

Is it possible to put brembo discs and callipers on a Griff? If it is does anybody know where I can get these and what sort of price would they be?

What is max size discs you can have on the front and on the rear?

There are a lot of options for bigger brakes. Do a search on the Griff forum or have a look at www.thegriffithpages.com/, there is a good story about brake upgrades.

And yes, there are Brembo's for the Griff but I wouldn't know what type. With standard front wheels I think 285 disks are the max.
Personally I went for HiSpec, less expensive than Brembo or AP and (almost?)just as good.

I believe the Godspeed (<a href="www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk/">www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk/ </a> upgrade is Brembo calipers on non-Brembo 283mm discs. Biggest size possible in standard Grif 15" wheels is 300mm discs, but it is REALLY tight, and may require some questionable modifications to wheels and/or brakes to make it fit. 295mm discs would probably be best, but I've never heard of this size actually being available. I got HiSpec 285mm discs and 4-pot calipers and I'm very happy with it.

I think Trinity's brakes must be binding .. as he could not keep up with my 3.6 (with his weapon of choice 4.0) on Saturday

From Godspeed. Like said above very tight fit.
We had to do a lot of the donkey work as they assumed as your replacing ford brakes, a lot of the dimensions would be the same, i.e braded hoses were 3-4 inches to short.
