Mentioning liquid glass every 5 words was enough for me, had to turn off.

Is there a summary, was there anything groundbreaking?

ETA: Nothing outstanding really. https://www.techradar.com/computing/artificial-int...

I think the biggest change is the iPad OS getting a bit more desktop, with a menu bar and another new way of arranging windows. All software, no new hardware.

iOS, MacOS, TVOS all appear to be minor theme changes.
iPadOS looks to be a proper UI improvement.

Quite rare for WWDC to have any hardware at all - its the annual software conference

Massively underwhelmed by the updates - the only minor surprise was the keeping Intel macs for one more year, I expected Seqouia to be the last update (other than security). Looks like my 27" will be being retired this time next year.

At least they're bringing back coloured folders to macOS (hopefully alongside tags, and not replacing them).

The only other interesting features (for me) in iPadOS are the better multi-tasking & tiling, updated Files functions, and being able to natively resize images (change resolution/filesize, rather than just crop/trim).
