Everyman racing voucher (from Buyagift)

I was wondering if anyone has had one of these vouchers.
My car-mad daughter was given one for a driving experience day. I don't know what it cost the giver, but she was coaxed into spending £200 to take part. She was charged extra for choosing Oulton Park, extra for having a choice of cars, extra for excess coverage, extra for a weekend etc etc. Having been to a couple myself, I know they try to get you to spend everything you have, but she claims she was advised it was necessary.
She has contacted Everyman, but they won't do anything, despite her not having had the experience yet. She is going to contact Buyagift to get their view on the pressure selling too.
She can't undo what has happened but I was wondering if anyone else here has any similar experience. I know it's her fault and her choice etc, so I don't need anyone to tell me that!
