Air India flight down
Discussion
From the very sketchy video I've seen, it looks like it crashes into something, it flares into a landing and then just explodes but its out of view, but the impact is instant, like its hit something on the runway?
ETA - I don't think it was landing back at the airport, I thought it was returning from a problem but have read otherwise.

The video I've seen is supposed to be after takeoff. No flaps visible which would be odd for immediately after takeoff but very very odd for a landing. Suggestion in NP & E from is that flaps were raised instead of wheels causing loss of lift.
Could be just loss of power but on both engines this would be unusual, and if they couldn't maintain height why not raise the undercarriage?
