I have seen a almost new 992.2 Carrera t for just over £100k 2025 car but also seen a 2022 low miles GTS with light pack option and good spec for just under that sum was wondering what the Knowledgeable Porsche folk here opinions were? tia.

Was that the 992.2 T?
Shouldn t be paying over a £100k for a used 992.1T Lightly used 992.1 T can be had for under £90k. A used 992.1 Gts at a £100k would be the better buy over a 992.2T or any 992.2 all imho

All great cars, just watch out for if it has sport PASM on it… I personally think it’s too firm and should stick to normal PASM for uk roads.
I think bigger depreciation on the 992.2. Would save some cash, avoid the nanny alarms and by a low mileage 2022 car for less, probably a targa.

I d take the newer car in factory warranty, if it s a 992.2 t then it ll be a manual car.
Right now i,m thinking this as I really like this new Carrera t .and there are some big discounts with specced cars at the OPC,s.bennno said:
My T was great, I d drive both back to back and then decide. The single thing with a manual is if you ever slot the wrong gear a dealer won t buy it back
The gearing is so long that unless you manage to get it into first from fourth/fifth surely, at normal-ish road speeds, there isn’t too much risk of that happening? Second tops out in the 70mph range. Track is obviously easier to do. I take it there’s something that records engine over-speeds then?Crumpet said:

There is an no dealer or specialist will buy without checking this....bGassing Station | 911/Carrera GT | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
