Paint protection inside doors

Hi, just been giving the car a polish and my car has some protective film fitted on the painted bodywork inside the door opening from the cill up to near the lock catch.
This looks as though it was pre shaped and now the edges are peeling back a bit and are getting black and dirty.
Does anyone if these were pre cut and where I may be able to get replacements from?
