I read it that it’s giving you a middling figure, ie the basic one. It’s also stating minimum and maximum lump sum options.

So it’s pick any one, not a combination of them.

The basic option is that lump sum plus £6k pa with the 2 other options being different lumps and consequently different pa.
Pick one of the 3 options and that’s what you will get ( based on the estimate today ).

Probably been more my wishful thinking that was adding the amounts together when I first read it. wobble
