Euro single trip caravan breakdown?

We are off to France again this summer, in tow with a van just under 8m. My previous Green Flag cover won't cover anything over 7.5m. Anyone towing a twin axle had success without having their eyes taken out for the privilege? One popular breakdown service wanted £500 for the trip....

Did you try Green Flag or Mayday/Red Pennant through the Caravan and Motorhome club ?

Green flag won't cover over 7.5m. Just checked Red Pennant and as a single trip cover it's £190
